<span style="font-weight: bold;" class="mycode_b">GTA 5</span><ul class="mycode_list"><li><span style="font-weight: bold;" class="mycode_b">OpenIV</span> — opens/edits the game archives (.rpf). The gateway tool. Its mods-folder system keeps vanilla files safe.<br />
