GTA Online allows business activities, including Sell Missions, in private Invite Only sessions. You do not need to enter a public session to sell business goods.
Start an Invite Only session
Rockstar’s current instructions begin in Story Mode:
Register and sell
In the Invite Only session, register as a VIP, CEO, or MC President. Rockstar confirms that these roles are available in Invite Only, Crew, and Friend sessions, allowing business owners to source and sell goods at their own pace or with friends.
Public-session bonus
You can still sell goods in a public session. Rockstar states that public-session sales receive an increased high-demand bonus; sales in an Invite Only session do not receive that public-session bonus.
Start an Invite Only session
Rockstar’s current instructions begin in Story Mode:
- Open the Pause Menu.
- Select Online.
- Select Find New Session.
- Select Invite Only Session.
- When prompted, leave the current session. The game will take you to a new private session.
